Beijing Universal Studios staff dormitory furniture project is the first furniture project between Beijing International Resort and M&Z Furniture. Later M&Z Furniture was selected as the core supplier. A total of 8000 dormitory furniture sets had been provided.

Chengdu Taikoo Li Xiyue Hotel is located in Taikoo Li, close to Chengdu Chunxi Road, the core area of Chengdu-a new first-tier city. It is a representative of high-end series hotels under China Lodging Group. The hotel is characterized by fashionable design concepts and diversified services. For this project, M&Z Furniture mainly served fixed wood veneer furniture, covering bed screen background hard bag, bathroom door, decorative screen, sink cabinet, TV wall, wardrobe and other furniture.
Guizhou Poverty Alleviation Project
Since May 2017, M&Z Furniture and Evergrande Group signed a furniture procurement agreement for the Guizhou Dafang Poverty Alleviation Project, which has been completed for three consecutive years in Guizhou Dafang, Qianxi, Nayong, Qixingguan, Weining, Zhijin, Jinhai Lake, Hezhang, etc. M&Z Furniture is mainly responsible for providing wardrobes, sofas, beds, bedside tables, coffee tables, dining tables, chairs, mattresses and other movable furniture.
